Complete Biological Assessment
Recommended for soil, compost, teas, and extracts
Includes quantification of beneficial soil organisms (bacteria, protozoa, fungi, and nematodes),
quantification of pathogenic organisms (disease-causing bacteria and fungi, root-feeding nematodes), Fungal to Bacterial ratio, a written interpretation of assessment results, and follow-up phone call to discuss next steps. Microscope photos and videos included.
1-3 tests: $100/each
4-10 tests: $80/each

On-site Soil Samples and Assessment
We will come to your site and collect soil samples, complete compaction measurements and help identify problem areas. A great option for those looking to gain a more holistic understanding of their land.
$65/hr + analyses fees (and ferry/mileage if outside of Orcas Island)
1 hour minimum
Small-batch thermophilic and Johnson-Su style composts
Biologically-active composts made on Orcas Island. Biology analysis, and care and use instructions included. Limited supplies.
